OpenAI Launches its ChatGPT Enterprise for Organizations
OpenAI finally answered the requests of organizations with the launch of its ChatGPT Enterprise plan. This upgraded version of its GPT-4 platform will feature enterprise-grade security, unlimited high-speed GPT-4 access, longer context windows for processing longer inputs, and many more benefits.
OpenAI has called this the next step in having a customized AI assistant for each organization. These assistants will help to reduce redundancies, improve efficiencies, and protect corporate data. Since ChatGPT's launch late last year, OpenAI claims that over 80% of Fortune 500 companies have adopted the platform in some way.
Early adopters of the ChatGPT Enterprise platform include companies like Estee Lauder, Canva, Carylyle, Block, and Klarna. For these corporations, ChatGPT Enterprise provides a way to empower employees by assisting with tasks like creative work and coding tasks that would otherwise take much longer to complete.
OpenAI has yet to provide a firm price on the new enterprise subscription tier. Early reports are that it is flexible and customized for each enterprise partner. The ChatGPT Plus subscription for non-enterprise users is currently $20.00 per month.

Israeli AI Startup AI21 Labs Is Officially a Unicorn
There is no time like the present for AI startups around the world to receive those premium valuations. Just ask AI21 Labs out of Israel, a generative AI startup that recently reached unicorn status by obtaining a valuation of $1.4 billion.
The valuation came as a result of raising $155 million in a Series C funding round that was led by the likes of Samsung Next and Walden Catalyst. AI21 Labs was founded in 2017 and came onto the AI radar in 2020 when it launched its AI writing tool, Wordtune. This app is similar to an AI-powered version of Grammarly that uses machine learning to correct paraphrasing, incorrect spelling, and grammatical errors.
The company's flagship platform is AI21 Studio which allows developers to build custom, text-based business apps. AI21 Labs cites that its products are used by multiple Fortune 100 companies, with Wordtune specifically having over 10 million users. AI21 Labs also has a strong working relationship with AWS and Amazon, having also been a launch partner for Amazon's generative AI app development system called Bedrock.
