OpenAI Launches Text-to Video Model, Sora
Sora is a text-to-video model that can produce videos up to a minute long with a high level of visual quality and adherence to the user’s prompt. The model is able to generate complex scenes with multiple characters, specific types of motion, and accurate details of the subject and background.
Google releases Gemini 1.5 with 1M+ token context
Google also introduced it's latest LLM: Gemini 1.5. The new multimodal model has set a new benchmark for the largest context window at 1M+ tokens.

Lambda - Raised a $320M Series C
- What they do: Lambda is a deep-learning infrastructure company that provides computation to accelerate human progress. The company's cloud technology, servers, and workstations are pre-configured with common ML frameworks, enabling clients to simplify and accelerate the training and deployment of deep learning models.

Scribe - Raised a $25M Series B
- What they do: Scribe lets users share how work is done, enabling anyone to automatically create step-by-step guides for any process. The Scribe platform seamlessly captures and shares knowledge workers’ “know-how,” building more productive and collaborative organizations and communities.
- Industries: Productivity Tools, Artificial Intelligence
- Location: San Francisco, California
Rasa - Raised a $30M Series C round
- What they do: Rasa is a conversational AI platform for building, improving, and scaling enterprise-grade text and voice-based AI Assistants. With over 25 million downloads since its launch, Rasa is used by the world’s largest brands to transform how people interact with organizations through AI.
